Hi guys.

I have my ID card which all went reasonably smoothly after eventually gathering all the paperwork needed.

I have a lady moving into my apartment ton tent my spare room and needs to get her ID card. To get the ID card as far as I know you have to present your tenancy agreement. But she obviously will not have this.

1. Is there an alterative document they will accept
2. Would a landlord be acceptable of writing her a contract
3. I'm pretty sure I can download a template contract to be with myself. Good idea?

If she is an EU / EEA citizen, applying for her ‘e-Residence Card’ for the FIRST TIME, there is no requirement for a tenancy agreement.

Hey Fiona thanks for your reply.  Unfortunately she is Filipino so this complicates it more?
