Cost of living in KSA is cheaper than any other country unless of course you would spend beyond your resources.

It's definitely possible to save and send money back home. I earn much lesser than you do and I've managed to support my kids alone.

Did they not specify if your housing is inclusive in your salary? Usually they will give you a separate housing and transportation allowance.

There's always a gym. You will find them either in the compound you will live or outside where you need to be a member. Not difficult for a guy.

Al Khobar is more open than Riyadh or other regions. So if your wants and needs are simple and you stick to your goal, you'll be fine.

Goodluck!

thanks for fast reply!!yes theres an opportunity to have a free house BUT they suggest me to rent one appartment of my own.they said that is not good to share same house with workers(i go as a manager in the company). So you think is possible to live with (lets said)about 700-800 euros monthly? Also i read about some specialities in way of life there, tottaly diff than western countries.example men cant wear tshirt or long shorts.is that truth?

I'm not sure about the exact rent but I'm guessing that the figure 700-800 euros/monthly is more than enough. Well of course still depends on what type of accomodation you would prefer. Other members here will be able to give you a more specific answer re housing🙂.

Men should wear modest clothes in public. You can wear a tshirt of course and jeans, something that covers the shoulder and the knees.

hello ,, more advices ., for you friend .. don't hang out on the street with strangers girls (date not allowed here) , be carful,, you can wear short, but long one to you knees ,, and it's ok for any kind of t-shirts  but with out any strange logos like weed logos or any kind of bad words.. always give woman space on some places to things before you like elevator or electric stairs, that's showing more respect from your side and people loves that here,

and in al khobar they has a beautiful KORNISH that's what we call the sea here..

i hope you enjoying there ..

Thread title very misleading. Many people from a particular group will PM you without even reading the body.
