Energy Certificates in Budapest

Post new topic

Budapest Phil

Hi
Can anyone tell me what I can expect to pay for having an energy certificate prepared when selling a small apartment (29m2) in Budapest?

Thanks

I cannot remember how much ours cost but I think it didn't cost more than 300 EUR but it was about 7 years ago.  And that was for a family house.

Don't get me started on the stupidity of this energy certificate system.
