Hi there.

We are looking at moving to Mauritius within the next 12-24 months, I'm worried about getting my pets over. Does anyone know how it works and Costs involved???

Thank you
Jo

Hi Jo
There are a few posts in the forum about this exact topic if you have a search.
I am in the process at the moment. It's not a quick one but you do have time.
They need to have a rabies vaccination and then a month later a blood draw , if all clear another blood draw 3 months later.
If that is also clear then they can fly.
They go straight into quarantine for a month and for dogs you can go and walk them everyday.
We are taking 2 cats and 1 dog and it's costing us around R50 000.
We are moving in April so can give you more info then on the process on that side.
I am using global paws.

Regards Cara
