Hi All,
So, my fiance and I have decided that he will apply for fiance visa in my behalf. He wants to send in all the documents to the Police Station, however, I wanted to know how can that be possible? I am now here in the Philippines and as I try to go to the Application Portal, there seems no option available for that.
Should he be the one working on the Application Portal instead?
Would really appreciate your answers and opinions. Thank You
