Hi
I have appointment in uk embassy next week (Rome, Italy) for eea family permit visa, my wife is in Uk, she send me some documents include letter form an employer via DHL but the papers are hold in custom, now problem is that the documents dont come to me before appointment, i just want to ask if i can put the copy of letter from an employer??

I suspect not; normally, they will only accept original documents; give them a call on Monday and ask.
