Birkenstocks Anywhere?

I've never bought them here, but Birkenstock has this company on their site:

You can go to Tax Thuong Xa (The Tax Store), at the corner of Le Loi and Nguyen Hue.  On the third floor, counting the ground floor as #1, there are a few shoe vendors.  The one in the middle, beside the down bound escalator, has shoes that fit me (12/46).  I've bought 5 pairs there and they have held up well.  They're priced from 400K and they have the prices clearly marked.  You can get socks there too.

Thank the taxi driver who stole my shoes during a move! Without his "assistance" I probably wouldn't have went looking for shoes, having already wasted an afternoon looking in 2008, during my first trip here. 

There's a place down on Bui Vien that has sandals that are similar in style to Birkenstocks.  They're only 120K and actually aren't bad.  They only go up to 45's, but I'm able to wear them.  I don't have the address, but I can get it.

I know there's a store in Vincom Center, too.  If you go in from Dong Khoi St., go down one level, and it's near Mango and N-ike.  Here's the floor plan: vincomcenter.com/en-US/Malls/Floorplan-115.aspx?floor=11.  It might L-44, but I'm not too sure.

No marveling, they took them in "stride."  Har de har har.

Yeah, I coughed up as much dough as I would in the States, but I got the genuine article and I want quality.  Of course, I appreciate your help.
