Want to buy a car, truck, 4x4

Hello, will be in Cebu from May 21- June 11 and want to buy a used car. We don't live there yet but travel often and have a place to keep it. Have around Ph 150k to spend. A 4x4 would be great but not a necessity. Any suggestions would be appreciated . Thank you
