Shipping a car & property in a container to Cebu

My wife is from Cebu and we are planning to retire there in a couple years.

Does anyone have any experience shipping a vehicle and personal item in a container to Cebu? The vehicle is currently registered in the US and owned by my wife who is a Philippine Citizen.

I was wondering what red tape and fees she will encounter upon its arrival as well as any potential problems or difficulties registering the vehicle in Cebu.

As for shipping household & personal items, what charges or difficulties will we encounter?
