Legalising/Notarising UK documents in HCMC

Hi All...I have a certified copy of my degree and original CELTA cert here with me in Saigon, only a photo of my criminal background check (although this can be sent from home)...seems I need these notarised if I want a work visa here...is it possible to do this here or does it need to be done in my home country (UK). Thanks!
