I need someone I can practice my english with and perhaps become friends too ... I need to work on my english skills to make my college studies easier .. I would be more than happy to teach him arabic too

Maybe you could go to the British council - if you do not take courses there you may encounter British expats - who may be interested in learning Arabic in return. Good luck.
