Is there any free Arabic courses for begeners in Mahboula, Fintas or Mangaf areas?

I'm trying to get a little flavour of this language and then will think about whether to take it to the next level or not.

Google for IPC they give free course in arabic

Thanks for your advise Ahmed, The English version of the site does not function at the moment. i will give another go a bit later. But it appears that IPC is not local to Fintas or Mahboula areas.
