Hi,

Welcome to Malaysia.

There are a couple of CBSE schools. One is called GIS International School.

Other is called Vikas International School

http://vikas.edu.my/

These are the only CBSE schools here that I have heard of. So, if you are looking for CBSE schools, you may consider these. But dont expect the schools to be very good schools, the general opinion is that the quality of education is not that good, and there is constant change of teachers, especially in GIS. But, would leave it to you to decide, and not be swayed by my opinion. The fees are quite high, many times higher than similar cost in indian schools.

Good places for residential apartments, are Brickfields (close to Little India and GIS school) high cost of apartments,(around 2500K for 2BHK condo). Its close to Tun Razak.

Then, there is Pantai Hill Park condo complex little away from KL sentral, where the cost is around 2000 for a 3bhk condo. It is about 20 mins drive from Brickfields.

There are lot of condominiums available, depends whether you have private transport or need public transport and therefore, the location would matter.
