Hello,
I am wondering if it is possible to find daycare provision in Oslo if we miss the March 1 "magical deadline" to apply for the service. I am planning to move with my family, including my 4 year old child at the end of the summer 2017. We have not yet enrolled our child for day care at the municipality. Do you know if it would be possible find day care service for September if applying in the middle of summer?

Yes it will be possible, many kindergarden have free places because people are moving. It may not be possible to find one in your immediate area though.
