What's the procedure for fresh saudi license converting in Bahrain

Hi,
One of my friend since one year working in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and hi got driving licence two weeks ago. and now he got job in Bahrain.
N planning to move.
can anyone please tell me that fresh license will be able to convert as per Bahrain traffic law?

Please help!!!

Not sure how they would treat a fresh license, better visit the traffic directorate in ISA town and get it verified
