Post new topic

yehianasr

Hello everyone,

I am being interview by AJM Kooheji for a position of a logistics manager.
I do expect another technical interview next week.

Can someone help me in below:

1 - is this a good company ? Well known ? widely spread & so ? anyone here worked for them or knew someone who did? can help in advise of treating employees ? I have googled it of course, but would like to know what people in Bahrain knows about it ?

2 - What salary should I ask for, I am 13 years experience and will move alone (family would just visit annually)

3 - What other benefits should I ask for (housing, re-allocation, car-allowance, insurance, etc...)?

Finally, If any Egyptian in the forum is working in Bahrain, kindly contact me to ask for visa & sponsorship issues ...

Thanks everyone in advance.

Kooheji is one of the reputed family owned business house in Bahrain, there is a generally a good feedback regarding the working conditions.

I am not sure about the payscale for your profile, but below is a list of topics which would help you understand the cost of living in Bahrain and could help you in deciding the pay

This is totally depending on the company, different companies have different policies. There is no standard followed in Bahrain having said that most of the organisations do provide with medical insurance/schooling and annual air ticket to you and your family.

I am sure if anyone else has more info or wants to add anything more to the same they would reply back

Good luck
