Renew the Permit of stay

Good Day Forum i have a tiny question regarded Permit of stay situation. my wife is from Philippines and we plan to visit Spain and work. she might not be able to work because she is in 6 month pregnancy. my question is, she has a permit of stay on Romanian soil until october/2017 i know we can renew it here but my question is if we can renew it spain. due to the overcrowded schedule we will have in that month.. child expectation.. driver license.. and of course her permit of stay.. i am waiting for an answer if someone knows how i can deal with this issue.

The Policía Nacional deal with paperwork for non Spaniards. I suggest you visit the National Police office for the area where you are staying in Spain and enquire in the Extranjería (foreigners dept).

Depending where you are, you may need someone to translate for you.

Based on my experience, it will take longer than 30 days.

I see... well thank you for reply! i will make sure to do that if we won't be back until 10 of september. that is the date when my wife will have 30 days until her permit of stay will expire.
