However ,but as :
1/ i do not speak at all Spanish
2/ i don't know exactly the city of Asuncion
3/ i don't know basic rules & basic codes of the society
4/ i don't want to waste too much time & energy for nothing
5/ i want to apply quiclky within a delay of a maximum 5 working days
i don't want to stay over 1 week in Paraguay !
6/ i don't know all the details of the process & how to bypass workaround problems & traps
