I would suggest instead of writing these questions which are pretty basics, you could have Google it then get an idea. You can read below link:

Further, contact Singapore embassy in Nairobi for more details. About ticket price, you find which airline is operating its flights to Singapore and its tickets price.

I would like to reiterate again that spend some time on Google to find these basics rather asking here and expect someone will guide you the ticket price of flight, which looks unconventional to even think.
