Mulitple visitor visa

I am wondering if anyone have any experience and idea. My relative has 2 years muliple entry visa but needs to exit every 3 months. Am thinking to exit him to Bahrain causeway link. We'll just exit from Saudi then turn to go back without really going to Bahrain because he is not eligible for visa upon arrival on Bahrain . Thanks

Hi. Its not possible anymore. Anyone how exit from King Fahad Cause MUST enter into Bahrain before coming back to KSA. If he has IQAMA with a suitable job category. He can get on arrival visa at bahrain border. Also it depends upon the passport. If the passport he and you are carrying, allows on arrival visa then there is no issue for you guys.
