NO:1 Morabian Serves 4 to 5 people
Ingredients:

Kilo of medium-size shrimp, fresh or frozen should be cleaned.

2-3 cups rice (depending on the number of people)

1 1 / 2 teaspoon salt.(More or less depending on your desire)

5-7 cups of boiling water.More or less)

preparation:

Chop the onion and garlic to small slices.
Soak the shrimp after washing with lemon and ginger for 30 minutes.
Then put the oil in a pot over medium heat
Put onion and garlic in the pot and sprinkle salt and black pepper.
Mix quietly
Descriptive shrimp (but do not wash with water)

Put the shrimp in the pot with the onions and garlic.

Add the pepper, cinnamon sticks, chili pepper (if desired)

Mix well and then put 1 cup of boiling water or until the mixture covers

During this time:

Put a little oil and then 3-4 cups of boiling water in the pot over medium heat, when water start boiling Put the rice (after cleaned and filtered)

Leave for a few minutes until its almost cooked, scoop of water and set aside.

Do not forget the shrimp in the pot Put in more water when needed (so that the juice is not dry)

Put in a pot a little oil and green onions, dill, cut them into small slices and 1 cube Maggi Vegetables then Put half the quantity of shrimp (with out the shrimp juice)

Then Put the rice and mix carefully and quietly for a few minutes on low heat Cover pot with a tissues (Listen to me because it will help the rice to absorb the shrimp taste)

Then Put the rice and shrimp in a bowl
Put the remaining half of the shrimp with it juice in another  bowl.
