I am Filipina and pregnant for 2 weeks and me and my boyfriend Malaysian planning to take me there and get married in Malaysia. Do I still need to go back to the Philippines after 30 days?

I think you can apply for a 90 day visa to Malaysia or just arrive on a 30 day visa. Depending on which you hold how long you can stay in Malaysia. However, I think it takes 6 months after registration of the marriage before an application can be made for a Long Term Social Visit Pass i.e. you will need to be on another type of visa to visit or stay in Malaysia.

I also believe you have to be in Malaysia for 7 days before application to marry can be filed, and then can first only marry after 21 days or up to 6 months from date of application. Suggest you join the FB group Foreign Spouses Suppport Group https://www.facebook.com/FSSGMY/ to get information.
