Hello,

My name is Nugroho. I am originally from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. I have signed two year contract with one of schools in Singapore, however for the first time my EP was rejected by MOM without divulging the reason to either my employer or me. I am pleased that my employer is working on the appeal and at the moment it has been verified by vetting agency.

My question is "Will the appeal usually bring any success with the outcome? and it is rejected? Can we still do another appeal?"

Thank you and best regards,

Nugroho

Chances are looking slim, appeal more than once has no value and MoM won't entertain with employer's repeated appeal. You may look another employer for a better chance. Good luck

Thanks anyway
