how to find job and visa?

Hi,

I am indonesian with a honour degree in interior architecture. i am planning to start a small firm with my local friend. however, we do not have enough paid up capital to register as a company that able to hire expatriates. my concern now is that i don know how to obtain a visa. i have been thinking of finding part time jobs here to get a working visa, but don know where to find it...

Any suggestion?
