Domestic flights within Bulgaria

In general, I have found the Sofia airport to be rather quick as far as lines and whatnot go. I've definitely checked in online and then showed up an hour before a flight with no issues. Of course, do so at your own risk

Checking-in times can usually be found on your individual ticket or itinerary, or alternatively by contacting your airline directly. Here's a general guide to how early you should arrive: Long haul flights – three hours before your scheduled departure. European flights – two hours before your scheduled departure.

I would not leave it to the last minute, security has been stepped up with the recent terror attacks, so give yourself plenty of time.

well yes technically it would be a European flight but as it's within Bulgaria (Sofia>Varna) I wondered if it would be possible to arrive and check in at 06:30 and still depart at 07:00.

I haven't actually purchased the ticket yet (the whole check in waiting times really depended on it!) so I won't know what it says on the itinerary.

I've emailed Bulgaria Air but had no reply yet. I suppose as it's a Sunday I won't hear until tomorrow.
