kittens need help, any advise?????

here is the story, there is a cat (neighbour's) gave birth to four little kittens in the vase in my garden, but there are so many vases in the garden and my uncle accidentally take all the vases away leaving the mother cat searching for a while, up until the time I realized that I ran straight to my uncle's house and searched for more than an hour, luckily I found all of them still sleeping but nervously in the vase. Then I took them all home in the same vase and put them back to the origin place hoping the cat mother will come back, so far more than an hour gone still no sign of the mother.

My Question is will the cat mother return for her babies? otherwise I will have to do something about it because the kittens are craving for milk. Any advise guys? THank you.
