How does HAAD RN transfer of license?

hello there!!!
Just wanna ask i am a haad rn,seeking for job in uae,my license was already active since november of last year under a certain facility but they failed to deploy me,my question is how many days it will take for my license be transfer to other facility and be activated under new facilty? thankyou

I think you can transfer any time,if you have NOC from old facility.
