If you're married to him you can apply for FRV. But having a baby doesn't guarantee to make it easy because as of now the more became strict with the rules. It is still varies on what country you are living in. As long as you provide all the necessary documents your application is good. Prove them that your relationship with him is genuine.

Hey. I'm living in belgium now i have one kid that was born in belgium and he has a British national like me, My husband has a travel document can he travel with us for free or does he need a visa??
