why tallinja card rejected?

hello,
Can anyone please guide me why talinja cards get rejected. Its been 5 weeks still didn't received the card, I have called costumer care about this matter they are saying that they don't have any information regarding my card. Every day I m calling them they take my passport no. n say that we will do the inquiry and call u back and never call back. They said you can get the money in you account, however. I don't have any account.

Have they rejected your application, or not received it? Can you send a new application form?

Try going in person to the bus station and applying there.

When I did not received the card after 5 months I called them they say usually when we can find the information it means that your card has been rejected,I also went to Valleta they say we have forwarded all the documents.
