Hello!

I am a Romanian citizen currently living in Germany and considering moving to Malaysia with my wife.

Could somebody please tell me how can one get a long-term visa and a work permit?

It's not easy getting a job in Malaysia. Probably you should find a job there first and let the company who employs you handle the visa and work permit for you. Not sure why you'd want to move to Malaysia.

No, unfortunately i do not speak Spanish. Romanian, English, German and basic level French, if any of that helps.
