Is it possible to find a job coming to bahrain with a tourist visa

I am a quality engineer with 5+ years experience in oil and gas industry.I am trying to get a job in bahrain and planning to go to bahrain on a tourist visa to search for a job.what are the implications and probabilities.kindly advice me
