Dear Everyone,

I visited Vietnam for five weeks last September and loved it.  I am returning this May for 12 months.  My intention is to work in DaNang and live in Hoi An.  I have a Degree in Economics and a Dip Ed. and completed a short TEFL course.  Registered teacher with VIT registration.  When last in Hoi An I stayed at the An Phu hotel and made a friend, Yum? who has a stall across the road from the hotel, she rents out bikes and sells drinks and sweets, she is very lovely and friendly but has little english.  If any one comes across her I would love you to send her my regards and tell her I will return in May and look forward to meeting her again.  I will be seeking work and an apartment or flat in Hoi An, if anyone knows of such I would be pleased to hear from you.  I am in my fifties, been an actor in Australian television and teach yoga and meditation.  I will be seeking friends and company and would love to make contact with good people if anyone is in the vacinity I would love to hear from you

Be Well and Prosper

Welcome on board Chris ;)

I have moved your discussion to Hoi An forum for more visibility.

Concerning your accommodation, I will suggest you to have a look at the several adverts on Hoi an Classifieds page, Category>Accommodation. Else, you can even post an advert on that same page. Hope this helps meanwhile.

Regards

Mr. Nice

Hi Chris,

My name is Michele and I moved here with my husband and kids a year ago... Life is great.. 4 months ago we opened the Dingo Deli at 229 Cua Dai Road... Come and see us... we can introduce you to people, point you in directions for possible rentals and If you are looking for a venue to teach yoga and mediation we have a space available that might suit and are looking for a new yoga class to run out of Dingo Deli. Just show up and ask for Gordon or myself.. one of us is usually hanging around...

Cheers
See you soon
Michele
