Hi there,

I have a Sri Lankan bf and im considering of living at his place someday.But I have some concerns about finding a job in Sri Lanka.Ive been there once for a holiday and very seldom that I found foreigners working there.

Im currently working as an airline ground staff and have a customer service experience for almost 5yrs now. Do you think theres a chance for me to find a job there? Will they hire a foreigner like me? If you have some success stories or any advice on living and working in Sri Lanka please let me know..Thanks!

It could be little bit harder than you imagine, there is a huge competition on airlines and customer care jobs here , there many sri lankans are seeking jobs on same category for sure there is no shortage or anything such ,
but the positive side of the scenario is some companies prefer to have foreign experienced staff to improve CS with internal exposure plus they seek solid english , this may help u to get in somewhere.

Thats the thing...A lot of srilankans are here in Doha to work in the same industry as well..thats what also brought my bf here..
