My mother is here with me in ksa on visit visa. Can she travel to Turkey or any other country on expiry of her visit visa? Or she has to travel back to Pakistan?

If your mother has visa of turkey she can stay till her visa is valid..

Actually, she has official passport... so no need of getting Turkish visa before hand .... for Pakistani official passport holders ...

So you need visa of turkey...If you have ordinary passport...
