Looking for sewing expert

Hi I'm Paul and have recently arrived in HCM. I need to find a sewing expert (tailor) who can make a few unique clothing patterns I have.

I have been to tailor shops in HCM and they want to take my measurements for a shirt or pants, but they don't seem to know what to do with the pattern I have for a unique jacket. I got a couple of shirts made and they are great -- but they are just standard dress shirts -- I guess I need a higher level of expertise and technical ability.

Does anyone out there have a great sewing expert who would be able to help me make a couple of unique designs?

Have a word with Mr. Dung (yeah I know, but its pronounced something like Youm): 221 Lê Thánh Tôn, Phường Bến Thành, Quận 1, Hồ Chí Minh - You can google him.

He is the only tailor I have ever used that knows how to stop your trouser creases moving to the side when you walk and also his jackets don't make folds across the shoulders
