Hi, I presume you will have he temporary or permanent resident status, the following options are available.

IMSS http://www.imss.gob.mx/derechoH/segurosalud-familia
SEGURO POPULAR http://www.seguropopular.org
both premiums based on age also for SEGURO POPULAR on income (not sure)
Private insurance or doctors
