I am a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars here in the Philippines. Sorry for the late reply. What area of the Philippines do you live? There are five Veteran of Foreign War posts in the Philippines. I can get you in contact with the nearest one. Each post has a Service Officer who can assist you. You do not need to be a member to take advantage of this service.

If you live in Manila the nearest post is in Angeles City (Post 2485). There website is vfwpost2485.org/ and Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/VFW2485/.
