Mabuhay everyone.

I am happily married to a lady from Davao. We are residing in South Africa and plan to relocate/move to Davao next year sometime. What documents/paper work do I need in order for me to stay there/ to apply for a spousal visa? Can someone please give me some advice please.

Warm regards.

Hello Gideon Kriel...

All the information you are looking for is on the official Philippine government website.
Check out these links...

  http://www.immigration.gov.ph/faqs/visa … ident-visa

and especially this link:

The cost is about 8600 pesos for your one year probationary 13A Visa.. After 10 months from receiving your probationary visa,  you will need to apply for your permanent Visa by marriage which is almost a duplication process to the probationary.

Good luck to you and pretty wife !

You would be immigrating .

List of requirements:

Pretty easy.

Full details:

Costs about p12,000.

Don't forget, if you married abroad, to register the marriage with the Consulate.

Thank you Bob for your  help :-)
One more question; we bought one way tickets from South Africa to Davao.
Some people say it can be a problem and we might need a return ticket.
Our goal is to emigrate.

Warm regards.
