Dear users, couple of days back I start seeing this cat just in front of my building.
It looks like home pet as not afraid people, street cats in Kuwait from my experience (I om rotation in Kuwait) run away all the time. I was thinking may be someone wants to pick it up or have any advise on this topic. I bought a food this morning for it, will try to feed, it looks so sad and I could not just pass by (((. How can I attach pics?

Stray cats in Kuwait r so much abused n there is no shelter for them. Check if the cat is not sick it's one of the reasons they get depressed.

Cats, just as people, are treated by many as things here. Once they get bored of them the animal gets dumped on the street. It is not uncommon to see a domesticated purebred (!) cats wandering around. The shelter that closed down recently was giving away dozens and dozens of cats, almost all of them purebred.
