Good Day..

I want to ask if any foreigner who married with brazilian girl in brazil and got RNE/Permanency ..if in case of that foreigner divorced with his wife and now he want to again marry inside Brazil with his another brazilian girlfriend then what documents he required to again marry???

is there anyone who can provide correct informations regarding to my questions???

To marry in Brazil after the divorce, the following documents are required:
1. certified copy of the divorce registry certificate to confirm that you are single
2. Document that can identify you that can be the BI or passport.
3. the same documents as your future wife or husband and if this person has never been married it is necessary to receive at the wedding registry a document that justifies being single or divorced as well.
