Raining Season in Sosua???

Post new topic

Jgolak

Arrived in Sosua a week ago after spending a month in Juan Dolio. Since we got here rain everyday - much more so than the south or east coast (spent three months there before Juan Dolio). Is this the rainy season or is there always more rain on the north coast.

Looking to do a long term rental (6 months to a year) and just wondering about the weather on the north coast.

Thanks for any input!

Highly unusual for here. Don't let it color your enjoyment of the area.  Normally, the rainy season has ended by this time of the year.  The sun shines, the trades blow & the occasional shower keeps everything lush & green almost all year long.

Thanks Tinker! Today was a nice day. Go figure, right after I question how rainy it is!

Can't forecast tropical weather.
