Hi Evetybody.

I want to live in Turkmenistan permanently. I want to know how to get permanent residence in Turkmenistan. What are the requirements.

The requirements can be found by checking these sites online.
https://pakistan.tmembassy.gov.tm this is the Turkmenistan Embassy in Pakistan which you will have to go to for a visa. The cost of this is from $385 to $10115 for a 12 month visa. There is much paperwork required to get this visa.

THIS IS NOT A RESIDENCY VISA.

To get a residency visa you have to live in Turkmenistan for 2 years and then apply for a residency visa. For residency visa www.migration.gov.tm which has a long list of requirements for foreigners to get residency. You must have invested $500,000 into the Turkmenistan economy is one requirement.

Very useful information. The site you referred is in Turkmen language. Kindly check if it is available in English Language. If it is not available in english, can translate some basic requirements for residency. What about if one marries turkmen spouse. Can he get residency.
