Applying Belgium Work Permit from UK for Indian National

Hi,

I am currently working in UK on ICT Tier2 Visa. I am an Indian national and wish to apply for work permit for Belgium.

Do I need to visit India for the visa application or can this be done in Indian Embassy at UK?

Also can the PCC be obtained in UK itself as I hold a valid BRP in UK?

Hi,

Why are you so illogical in your approach? Contact the Belgian Embassy in London for real official information. And not officious like ours.

You cannot apply for a work permit - your employer needs to (assuming you secured a job in Belgium), and this needs to be done in Belgium.

Once you have the work permit, as you are a UK resident, you can apply for your Belgian visa in the Belgian consulate in UK.

Which PCCs are required - this is in the documentation list you will find in consulate website (pointed to you in the above response).
