Hello everyone,
I wanted to know if I could take a loan in Mauritius and use a property as collateral. I just had a baby and currently not working. I also don't  reside in Mauritian. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
Belinda

Hello,

If you don't work, do you have any other source of revenues? If you cannot finance the loan, you will not be eligible for any loan, let alone a housing loan.

A housing loan is one of those schemes with the most stringent set of conditions.

If you don't have a job and do not have a source of revenue you will never get a loan.
And,if you are working but not permantly here also you won't get it.....

You must have a propre job that is fixed.
And according to your monthly revenue they will give you the loan.

Another thing they do before giving loan, the check your family background.

Here your answer
Thanks you
