sir/mam just want to ask some advice.
I want to resign on my current job and go home and look for better job because I'm not happy working with them anymore and every month our salary getting worst always delay and this month not only delay they only gave 3/4 of my salary and 1/4 they said later no futher explanation how long the later I got the 3/4 last march20. one problem also I'm working all-around here and in weekend working 13hrs a day but they are not paying overtime.

We have the same situation! my employer paid me 1/2 and the other half the next month. Everything is delayed.

I wish to resign too. My resignation letter is ready but I need more info about this process. I hope someone will reply to us!
