Leasing land on Otres beach

Hi,
My name is Karl, I am interested in leasing enough land on Otres Beach 2 to build a holiday bungalow
land size app. 10 m x 5 m.,I would be grateful if some one could give me advise with leasing and also building.

The best way to find out is contacting some of the local real estate agents, they know the rules and the local situation.
