Hello everyone, am a new member on this group...from India...I'm planning to go Australia with open permit visa...can I get suitable job with that visa....and how many yr of exp or criteria needed to get PR

For visa information www.immi.gov.au also www.australia.gov.au
I have never heard of an open permit visa.

You would need to be working in Australia for at least 5 years before you can apply for PR.
For jobs www.seek.com.au There are other job sites which you can find online.

They said that visa named called open work permit for validity of 18 months....they will provide skill jobs ...on this tym we can search jobs..!!! Have you heard about this?
