Hello ,

I appreciate any help and suggestion in this matter :
I am arriving in Spain for the first time and will apply for TIE card( residencia) ,I am wondering is there any website that I can find out which cities and where the police or government stations or centers are processing and accepting this TIE applications ? I am assuming smaller cities may or may not deal with this issue for new comers to Spain ? is it right ? i.e VIGO - or - CASTELON DE LA PLANA ? If I decide to arrive there , will there be any police station to deal with these issue ? or I should land in quite bigger cities ?
