English speaking club in Italy

Hi all,

I'm creating this thread about doing an online English speaking club with any English speakers, English natives, or Italian who wants to speak English...with Me. 

The reason I'm doing this is because my English is getting worse and worse after 1.5 years of living in Italy without a day to day basis of English communication. English is my 2nd language, and I'm an efficient user, but recently I realized that I forgot many words, I started to twist my tongue when speaking, or mixed between English and Italian words in a sentence. This problem has only happened when I communicate with non-native English speakers. But it disappeared when I talked with native  speakers or other friends of me who speak English like natives.

For me English is more important than Italian even though I'm living here, and I'm trying to find a good solution for myself. Hence, if any one out there kind of has the same idea with me, or can kindly give me an advice, please just...do it.
