Hello every one am from Pakistan I took loan of 100k from a Saudi guy to do business but I got loss in my business and don't have money to return it to him am willing to pay him his amount on by earning but he is forcing me and threatening me of legal actions to pay money now please advice me how to come out of this situation.

Terrible situation. Take money from your close friends/relatives to pay this guy back and come out of the mess !!

Hi,
I feel so bad for you; sorry to hear this that you were able to take a loan from a saudi guy which is very tough to do these days. These loan sharks are a problem. They can most defenitely create a problem for you by either reporting to police or worse by going to courts and getting your services stopped. That would be an issue that you DO NOT want to be a part off!

Did you sign a contract with him? What garrenty did you give him? And what was your deal with him on returning his money back to him? Maybe you can exchange something with him of equal value??
